Lower Apex is an A-frame cabin on Apex Mountain, ideally suited for cross-country and downhill skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. Cell coverage is available.
What’s included
Sleeping for about 20: two hide-a-beds on the main floor for leaders, plus an open sleeping area on the second floor. The kitchen has a sink (drains outside — water only, no food waste), stove/range, fridge, microwave, pots, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, and cups/glasses. A large pot is provided to melt snow for washing; bring your own drinking water. Electric lights and outlets. Wood heat (see the wood usage policy in the terms and conditions). An axe, shovel, and fire pit are available.
This is an isolated cabin with minimal amenities. Proper preparation is essential for a safe and enjoyable stay.
